Q. Do I receive tracking with my orders?

A. Yes! You will always receive tracking with orders from Prestige Bubbles. We take pride in putting our customers mind’s at ease.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

A. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), checks and money orders. Please be aware, when paying with a check or money order, your order will not ship out until payment is completely processed and cleared.

Q. What assurance do I have that my package will arrive safely?

A. We take great care in packaging your products to ensure your satisfaction. All packages are packed applicably with appropriate packaging material to ensure your packages arrive as expected.

Q. If something arrives broken or damaged, what will be done?

A. If any product arrives damaged or broken you will be completely taken care of. As well as we package your items, there sometimes are situations where a package is damaged during it’s transit. All you need to do is take a picture of the damaged item upon opening the package, and inform us of the circumstances. We will take care of the rest!
