When ordering from Prestige Bubbles, you can always expect full insurance on all your hookah orders. We work directly with FEDEX and USPS to make sure all orders transit safely with accurate tracking, and arrive in a timely manner. All packages are packed applicably with appropriate packaging material to ensure your packages arrive as expected. In assurance to always receiving the lowest prices and safest delivery, expect a maximum of three (3) days for processing. All domestic orders within the continental United States are shipped using FEDEX or United States Postal Service (USPS), depending on package size. The shipping time is determined by your geographic distance from our location in Southern California (maps displaying transit time are provided below for your convenience). Please note that because orders are most often picked up at the end of the business day, the day that an order ships does not count as a “shipping day.”
At Prestige Bubbles, we understand things happen and sometimes returns are necessary. You may return your unused/unopened products within 30 days of delivery date. You will receive a 100% refund, minus shipping costs. Any items missing, including freebies and promotional items, will be deducted from the refund at full retail value. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to legal responsibility, we cannot accept any used or opened items back.
If an item item arrives broken or defective, and you provide proper notification within 3 days of delivery, you are eligible for an exchange or an immediate complete refund. You will not be held responsible for shipping costs on defective or damaged items. You must save all damaged material, including the products themselves and the packaging material they came in, until advised otherwise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
